Orders are processed within 1–7 working days

Delivery time depends on your location

Delays may happen due to courier services (not in our control)

We care about quality. If something goes wrong:

Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective items

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Share clear photos/videos for proof

After checking, we will offer a replacement or refund
