Our Commitment

At MODULER. we take pride in the quality of every pack we ship. If something is wrong with your order we will make it right — no questions asked.

Eligibility For Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

Damaged or Defective Product If your sheets arrive damaged, torn, or with visible quality defects — you are eligible for a full replacement or refund.

Wrong Product Received If you received a different SKU or sheet count than what you ordered — we will send the correct product immediately.

Missing Items If your order arrived incomplete — we will ship the missing items at no additional cost.

What We Cannot Accept Returns For

We do not accept returns for the following reasons:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Sheets that have been used or drawn on
  • Damage caused after delivery due to improper storage
  • Orders where the incorrect address was provided at checkout

How To Raise A Return Request

Step 1 — Email us at modular.stationery@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Step 2 — Include the following in your email:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect product
  • A brief description of the issue

Step 3 — We will respond within 24 hours with next steps.

Refund Process

Once your return request is approved:

Prepaid Orders Refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.

COD Orders Refund will be processed via bank transfer. Please share your bank account details when raising the return request.

Replacement Policy

If you prefer a replacement over a refund we will ship a fresh pack within 2–3 business days of return approval at no additional charge.

Shipping Charges On Returns

If the return is due to our error — damaged product, wrong item, missing sheets — we bear the return shipping cost entirely.

If the return is due to customer error — wrong address provided, change of mind — return shipping charges apply.

Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer exchanges between different SKUs. If you wish to order a different pack size please place a new order on our store.
